May ADMISSION protects children's health all year round. Operating hours of kindergartens according to the law What to do if the operating hours are violated

On July 3, kindergarten No. 26 successfully accepted the institution for the start of the school year. The kindergarten staff worked with great enthusiasm to prepare the groups and utility rooms in accordance with hygienic requirements and the uninterrupted operation of all preschool services. We carried out routine repairs of group rooms, a catering unit, and part of the staircase, repairs of the heating system, and replacement of the electrical panel of the preschool educational institution building.
The creative attitude of teachers to the design of children's playgrounds made it possible to equip play corners in the kindergarten areas in a colorful and interesting way. A lot of new and interesting things have appeared for the development of children and environmental perception. This is a corner for insects; a stork greets you at the gates of the kindergarten - a symbol of well-being and tranquility. In the corner of acquaintance with Russian life, a windmill with a mechanical drive was equipped. This made it possible to introduce children to the mechanism of action and the purpose of life of rural peasants. To determine weather conditions, a weather site with a sundial was created at the preschool educational institution. Children watch with great interest the growth and development of vegetable crops in the garden and in the greenhouse. This year, another greenhouse for cucumbers was equipped.

On Monday, July 30, the traditional inspection of preschool educational institutions for readiness for the new school year began. Admission has begun from kindergarten No. 28. We will talk further about what the commission members paid attention to first of all, what new things have appeared on the walking areas of this kindergarten, and what the children like most.

Jumping rope, hopscotch, rubber band - games familiar to us from childhood, at first glance simple and not teaching anything. But it only seems so. Experienced teachers know that these entertainments are a kind of litmus test for determining a child’s readiness for school. According to the head of exemplary kindergarten No. 28, Guzyal Masyagutova, they all develop motor activity and coordination of the child’s movement, and help carry out diagnostics. And such activities as throwing balls, throwing rings on a stick, darts improve fine motor skills and prepare the child for reading. That is why such flat figures and more appeared on each of the sites. In preparation for the new school year, a lot of work was done at the preschool institution.

Guzel Masyagutova, head of nursery school No. 28:

“A lot of functional equipment has appeared at the sites specifically for correction, throwing, counting, and motor activity. Including in the physical education area, and in groups of primary preschool age. In addition, ongoing repairs have been carried out. We also update groups. Whitewashing, painting. This year a large amount of work was done on the second floor. All doors there have been replaced due to fire safety requirements. Door closers installed."

In the summer, about a hundred boys and girls attend the kindergarten. And in normal times, this preschool has more than 250 children. The safety of their stay here was checked by members of the commission. They paid attention to absolutely everything. Starting from play areas, interior items, to a plan for working with children and all relevant documentation.

Rustam Gafurov, Deputy Head of the Education Department of the Neftekamsk City Municipality:

“During the acceptance of schools, we check fire safety standards and regulations. Serviceability of the alarm system, warning system, absence of clutter on the tracks. We also check the availability and correctness of documents. Requirements are updated and changed annually. Therefore, we look at their compliance.”

All conditions have been created here for a safe and comfortable stay for the youngest residents of our city. Boys and girls like to frolic on the updated playgrounds, learn something new every day, and certainly communicate with peers

Arina Minyazeva, pupil of kindergarten No. 28:

“When we go for a walk, I go play. In the sandbox, in the house. I like going to kindergarten. Different children come to us. From our group and from another. It's more fun together."

Safety everywhere and in everything: on all floors and rooms, on every walking area. This is precisely the main criterion in the work of the commission. On the first day they checked 5 preschool institutions. The inspection will last until August 13. Thus, kindergarten employees will have time to eliminate shortcomings if any are identified. So that from the first of September boys and girls can also grow and develop carefree, in coziness and comfort, as well as in safety.

July 25, 2017 The MBDOU kindergarten “Solnyshko” was accepted for the new school year. Commission consisting of:

-Chairman of the commission Stolyarova O.V.,

-Deputy Chairman of the Commission Demina L.V.,

-State Fire Supervision Inspector R.N. Chakaev,

-Leading Specialist-Expert of the Maintenance Department of the Rospotrebnadzor Department Gorbacheva M.A.

checked the readiness of the kindergarten to receive children.

Inspecting educational institutions and signing certificates of readiness of kindergartens for the new school year is a crucial period in the life of every educational institution. This is a kind of exam that adults take, preparing to once again meet in kindergarten those who are just beginning to adapt to society, and those who have been attending kindergarten for several years.

Child safety is the first rule. It is necessary that throughout the year children are protected from an environmental, sanitary, anti-terrorism, and fire safety point of view. It is difficult to list all the nuances that are paid attention to by members of the selection committee, who check both the interior and surrounding areas. There are no trifles here, since the most precious thing for each of us - the lives of our children - directly depends on the quality of reception.

A preschool institution has its own requirements: optimal conditions must be created for children to stay in a preschool educational institution. These are the optimal microclimate parameters in groups. It is necessary to organize good artificial lighting and ventilation. Children need comfortable furniture appropriate to the age of the pupils. Close attention is also paid to the readiness of utility networks, bathrooms, and the absence of leaks on the roofs. It is mandatory to check the readiness of the catering unit, the operation of refrigeration and technological equipment, and the provision of good-quality drinking water.

Experts paid close attention to the quality of current repairs, the condition of the fire alarm system, the overall compliance of institutions with safety rules, and compliance with sanitary standards and regulations.

Preschool employees and parents carried out ongoing repairs to group rooms, the catering unit, and partly the staircase. This year, lamps were replaced in two groups, in the corridors and dressing rooms.
The creative attitude of teachers to the design of groups and playgrounds made it possible to equip play corners in kindergarten areas and in group rooms in a colorful and interesting way. A lot of new and interesting things have appeared for the development of children’s perception.

The information space of the kindergarten was updated by teachers; landscaping the territory of the kindergarten; The developing subject-spatial environment of groups has been updated in accordance with the requirements of SanPiN 2.4.1.3049-13, federal state educational standards and the age of children. Thanks to the efforts of all participants in the educational process, the kindergarten has successfully passed the acceptance process and is ready for creative work in the new school year.

The administration of the preschool institution expresses its deep gratitude to all parents and staff who provided all possible assistance in preparing the preschool institution.

May 1st was once Labor Day. A wave of free volunteer cleanups swept across our vast country. They went to work for free, and on Saturday they planted trees and cleaned up the area near houses and in recreation areas... This is already history.

Now it's the weekend. Many parents and children go on vacation in nature and do the right thing.

And in kindergartens the “hottest time” begins, because in May, “Admission to the new school year” takes place in many kindergartens.
Don't know what it is? If you are going to send your baby to kindergarten, then you need to know this.

Every day, kindergarten employees (and as a rule, 99.9% are women) work in accordance with their job descriptions according to the daily routine of their age group.

Every day the head nurse checks the implementation of the sanitary-epidemiological regime. And he records all observations (enters them in special books)

What is included in the concept of “sanitary epidemiological regime”:
Examination of children, measuring body temperature when necessary and during the adaptation period, monitoring the cleaning of premises and washing dishes, monitoring the implementation of the ventilation regime, dressing children in accordance with the time of year and the air temperature in the group...

The caretaker checks the implementation safety precautions: Are children’s cabinets and other furniture in groups reinforced, so already at three years old there are great “combinators” who have the desire and dexterity to unscrew something and see “What’s inside and will it work without this screw”?

So the supply manager has been passing by since the very morning and looking for the consequences of the “brainstorming sessions of folk craftsmen.” And at the same time, he accepts applications for fulfilling other requests from teachers - maybe the “traditional craftsman” threw something into the toilet, so it urgently needs to be cleaned. Or maybe the pipes are clogged somewhere: as a rule, many kindergartens have not seen a major renovation for thirty years. Everything must be described (from the word “Inventory” and certified with a seal)

The senior teacher conducts medical and pedagogical control And lesson analysis in groups and also maintains his own documentation. What does it mean?

In order to strengthen and maintain the health of children during physical education classes, it is important to know not only the methodology for conducting these classes, but also to take into account the physiological indicators of children while performing the sequence and change of various movements and tasks.

Therefore, the senior teacher or nurse puts pedometers on the children to determine the number of steps for the entire lesson. The norms should be from a thousand steps in junior groups to three thousand in the preparatory group. Then the children will be hardy, strong, hardened and healthy.

During the lesson, the children's pulse is measured 6-7 times at certain moments and a graph is drawn up - a curve of the children's motor activity. After analyzing such an activity, you can immediately make adjustments and work more effectively with children.

In other classes there are certain requirements for teaching and raising children. Therefore, the senior teacher attends classes in all groups of the kindergarten, analyzes and suggests the most appropriate methods and forms of work, both with the entire group and with individual “persons”.

The head of the kindergarten has his own schedule of work, control and interaction with employees. And the head also walks around the kindergarten in order to identify and eliminate shortcomings in the work.

Can you imagine the “burden of responsibility” teachers bear in addition to their own work with children?

And then at the end of May, before the summer holidays for employees and children, the COMMISSION arrived. The commission is 5-7 people who work in the Department of Education of a given District: methodologists, editorial managers, members of various Councils.

Each member of the commission considers his own narrow topic to check and identify violations and provide assistance. For example, the safety inspector will once again check the kindergarten equipment and write his report. The person responsible for food will check the catering department, check the invoices and also write a report. Methodists in pedagogy and other methods will check these areas of work and draw up a report.
Then there is a mandatory inspection of the groups and territory of the kindergarten and the signing of the “Certificate of Acceptance of the Kindergarten for the New School Year.”

That's how easy and simple it is on paper. Prepared, accepted the commission, received the certificate and work all year.

But what actually happens in May in kindergarten?

Throughout May, kindergarten employees wash and glue, paint and hang, comb and arrange, rearrange, screw, glue, write, print, rewrite, submit reports...dig up, plant, paint, wash, lay out, clean...in breaks between classes and walks with kids. The entire month.

For what? To meet HER - THE COMMISSION.

Each kindergarten employee performs his “portion” of work. But, without lying, we can honestly say that the lion’s share of the work is done by group teachers. During this period, it is they who perform work that is not typical of their functional responsibilities, such as painting verandas, digging up trees on the site, washing a myriad of windows, etc.

In some groups, parents come and help. But now these are just a few. Everyone makes money and VALUES their time.

And husbands and children still help and grumble dissatisfiedly, as they do every year: “How much charity can you do? Subbotniks were canceled a long time ago!”

But no one canceled admission for the new school year.
