Since childhood, I loved to paint on nails. She got her first experience when she worked as a high school student in her mother's studio. ABOUT PARIS 
A year before my trip to the finals of the world championship in hairdressing, decorative cosmetics and nail design, I already became the European champion twice - in Athens and Paris. Students and relatives persuaded me to try my hand at the world competition: I was not chasing titles, but simply enjoyed what I loved.
My work in the category "3D design" was dedicated to the famous Canadian Cirque du Soleil, and my own sister Vera acted as a charming circus performer. Her presence and support gave me confidence. After the announcement of the results, we went to celebrate the victory at the Eiffel Tower. It was unforgettable!
The victory at the World Championship inspired me: it seemed that all the doors had opened in front of me and the main results had already been achieved. But this was only the beginning of a long journey to create unique products and E.Mi's own brand.
ABOUT FAMILY
How can you imagine, looking at my work schedule, that I am a mother of three children and family is the main place in my life? My husband, sons Alexey and Dmitry, daughter Daria are my most important achievements.
I always find time to be with my family. They inspire and support me in my work. My harmonious development, new ideas directly depend on the ability to realize my creative and feminine principles in all spheres of life.
The founders of the E.Mi brand are redefining the local business. The Prague office forges European ties, Rihanna appears with the decor of the brand on the nails. And the sisters celebrated the end of the year with the opening of a nine-story training center.
How it all began?
Ekaterina: Sixteen years ago we opened the first nail studio, there were problems with the staff. The area is a wilderness, there are few clients, the craftsmen fled in a month. And I sat down at the instruments myself, rattled off for six years. When the recording was complete, they began to teach new people. Everything takes time.
Think back to your first thought when you walked into the fully finished building that houses the E.Mi Showroom and Training Center today.
Vera: I didn't believe that this was happening here and now. Four years ago, it was unrealistic to think about this. The construction took two years, not a single line remained from the original plan, everything was redone many times.
Ekaterina: I think that everything should be treated exactly. This neutrality protects against power surges. In my experience, excessive delight and joy is followed by a backlash, like a pendulum. It seems to me that it is worth talking less about your successes.
How to motivate yourself in this case?
Ekaterina: Work motivates me, I think about it. We have a responsibility to the consumer.
Does this leave room for creativity?
Vera: Everyone, of course, is waiting for creativity. “Katya, give us a new course,” they say. And this must be done. To do it, you need to force yourself at a certain moment. When twenty to thirty unsuccessful attempts are over, something truly creative and original turns out.
You have a great tandem. Sisters and business partners. Is it difficult to work in such a tight bundle?
Vera: We have an age difference of only a year, until the age of ten we were dressed the same, we were sent to school in the same class. Raised as twins. We cannot imagine ourselves without each other. When Katya gave birth for the first time and she was taken away, I cried, thought: "How am I without her?"
Ekaterina: We complement each other perfectly. I, as an artist, can come up with a whole palette of varnish shades, and then Vera comes and sweeps away half at once. Because I think about trends and combinations, and Vera - about how these colors will look on nails, specifically on nails. It is important. And no, I don't mind being led by my younger sister.

Don't you have a rivalry? What is the secret of such a perfect partnership?
Vera: In education, I guess. Daddy told us from childhood that we need to work conscientiously. He still does not let us forget about it.
Ekaterina: Putting something more than material values in the first place. This is the secret. We provide jobs, create a quality product, we have common goals.
Each of you has four children, the youngest are not even a year old. Is this also about goals?
Vera: At the age of sixteen I had a clear directive: I will give birth at thirty, before that I will be exclusively engaged in my career. But while I was preparing to defend my thesis on "Transformation of the Family in Modern Society", everything turned upside down in my head. I firmly decided: I will never divorce my husband, I will give birth to at least three. The concept of family and traditional values was so diligently washed out of the minds of people in our country in the 20s of the last century that we reaped the result in the 90s and 2000s. I am glad that large families are in vogue now. I have all the children planned, except for the first one. My youngest son is two weeks old, and this is happiness. We had the official opening of the Center on the 5th of December, and I have a deadline to give birth. Dad said: "Well, be careful, don't give birth right now, electricians will come soon."
Katya: For a small child to grow into a good person, a large family is needed. Only mom and dad will not give him everything he needs. Grandmothers, grandfathers, brothers, sisters - this is the environment in which moral and spiritual values will develop to the maximum. Our parents have thirteen grandchildren and we are having fun. True, we are missing for more than three days.
Would you like your kids to inherit your business?
Vera: Of course! But we will not force anyone.
Ekaterina: If only gently.
You are resting?
Vera: Usually we go somewhere with children four times a year. Katya loves Europe - to look at architecture, to be imbued with the spirit. I am for a beach vacation or mountains.
Ekaterina: So we returned the day before, we went skiing. We plan the rest so that it lasts four days: on the fifth day the children get tired, they want to stay in the room without any fun of the high society. In general, I dream of trying to have a rest for two weeks. Seven days, and then another seven days in a row. Fantastic.
Speaking of dreams, can you tell us about yours?
Ekaterina: I have everything. I'm happy.
Vera: A dream is something unattainable. There are goals, short term, medium term, long term. Ours is to become a leader in the Russian market.
Ekaterina: And open a production facility in America. Establish distribution of our product there.
The construction of the training center cost the investors 109 million rubles. The center will graduate 60 specialists monthly, and another 150 masters will be able to undergo retraining. The family business of the Miroshnichenko sisters covers more than 32 thousand beauty salons in 156 cities of Russia and Europe, which use E.Mi. techniques, paints, varnishes and tools. All this is being created in Rostov.
