According to the tradition of the holiday, even strangers can be embraced in a friendly hug. This holiday is celebrated on December 4, and if in December the day is called international, then in January it is national." hugs ".. On January 21, one of the most unusual holidays is celebrated around the world - International Hug Day. It was founded in the USA in 1986 under the name of National Hug Day, and then rapidly spread throughout the world. on this day you can even a stranger.Despite the young age of this holiday, today it is difficult to find its author a: it is not known who first came up with this idea of \ u200b \ u200bthe “close” celebration of January 21, and why this particular date was chosen. It is believed that the initiators of the holiday are students. By the way, in recent years, they have been holding various flash mobs dedicated to this holiday on January 21. According to a kind of legend, during a friendly hug, people exchange warmth. It is also important to note that there is another Hug Day that is celebrated annually on December 4th, but January is better known and therefore more widely celebrated. This holiday, in all likelihood, was invented by the students). Psychologists believe that people who seek to embrace you want to experience a sense of security, comfort, and love. And hugs accompany us throughout life. We hug friends and family when we meet, after parting, hug each other to express our joy and gratitude. The nice thing is that the celebration of January 21 does not require any material costs. You just have to generously reward everyone you see fit with your warmth. Congratulating on the holiday, give your loved ones and loved ones hugs as a sign of a warm attitude towards them, thereby reminding them of your sincere warm feelings. Hugs can be: parental, friendly, friendly.

There are also "scientific" justifications for the usefulness of hugs: friendly touches increase immunity, stimulate the central nervous system, increase the level of hemoglobin in the blood, as well as another hormone - oxytocin, which causes a benevolent disposition towards other people. " According to research, a person needs 12 hugs a day, which are an excellent pain reliever and sedative, those suffering from anxiety feel better.

In riding:

- Guys, please tell me, have you ever thought about what hugs are for and what role they play in our life? How often do you embrace a loved one, a child and how often do you find yourself in them yourself? Unfortunately, the modern rhythm of life does not leave time for the manifestation of "tenderness", we become tough, closing ourselves off from the world in our own shell. Therefore, the desire to hug people arises less and less, hugs are different: friendly, kindred, official, and there is also wrestling hugs that athletes use during a sambo or judo fight. I now propose to the boys to exchange real wrestling, heroic hugs and invite 2 strong men here.

Pupil:

So that we all hug more often

And they never felt sad

They smiled sweetly at each other

And they were always happy!

Pupil:

Happy hug day, daytime congratulations

I wish you happiness and love

Hug you soon

4) Shake hands completely, not just fingers.

5) Don't throw your hand forward. Everything should be in the middle.

6) Do not stretch out the other person's hand.

7) Don't shake your hand.

8) Keep your hand tense, don't be a rag.

December 4 - International Hug Day
A hug day is a glorious day
Hug your friends
All who are very dear in life,
And wish everyone happiness!
Happy Hug Day,
I wish you happiness and love
Hug quickly
All friends and acquaintances!

Hug Day is a young international holiday celebrated on January 21 and December 4, moreover, if in December the day is called international, then in January it is national, in which it is customary to hug. According to the tradition of the holiday, even strangers can be embraced in a friendly hug.
The source of the emergence of any tradition or holiday can be not only a joyful event. So the day of the hugs arose a little strange. According to one version, a young man named Juan flew to Sydney in the mid-70s, and since he was not having the best time in life, and no one met him in Sydney, he became sad. He wrote a poster that said "Free hugs" and stood with him near the terminal building. At first, people were perplexed, but then a woman approached him and said that she was left alone and she really needed someone to hug her ... This moment lived the beginning of the hug movement in Australia, and then the tradition spread to Europe.
According to the Italian professor of medicine, Vincenzo Marignano, hugs are the elixir of life. It is these emotional manifestations that not only strengthen health, but also prolong life. He claims that for good health, a person simply needs 7 hugs a day in order to feel loved, needed by someone and healthy and happy. I propose to arrange a general fraternization: everyone should hug 7 times with the other present!
Leading:
- Did you know that animals also know how and love to hug? For lack of hands, they hug their paws, necks, tails ... But, I wonder what the elephants are hugging?
Children:
- Trunks!
Leading:
- Right! Let us now embrace like elephants: one hand holds the nose, the other, threaded into the resulting loop of the elbow, is the “trunk”. Music sounds, and everyone hugs "trunk"!
(perky music sounds)
Leading:
- Well done! Let's congratulate ourselves with three "Hurray!"
- As a rule, hugs mean friendship and support in difficult times.
Listen to the poem:
Once on the lawn two goats fought,
Fought for fun, not out of spite.
One quietly kicked a friend,
Another of them quietly butted a friend,
One kicked a friend a little harder,
Another butted a friend a little more painfully,
One got hot, kicked that was strength,
The other hooked him under his belly with his horns.
Who is right and who is wrong is a confusing question
But the goats do not fight in jest, but in earnest.
I remembered this fight when in front of me,
At school break, the same fight broke out.
- What happened during the break?
- Advise the guys how to behave so that such conflicts do not occur during breaks
- Now let's read the words on the stand and remember what character traits one must possess in order to maintain friendly relations with classmates
patience
benevolence
the ability to listen
self-control
willingness to put up
with someone else's opinion
refusal to use
harm and violence
Listen to the poem

With Svetka Neighbor
I will not run around -
She laughs and cries
That gets angry.
But mama said
That it doesn't work like that
What do you need with a girl
Be able to make friends.
What are they with dad
They were friends since childhood
And played together
And they fished for the fish.
With such a girl
Like my mom,
Of course I could
Make friends and I!
- What Russian folk tales teach to be friendly?
(Turnip)
Now let's remember the proverbs and sayings about friendship.
All for one and one for all.
Hold on to an old friend and a new home
For a friend, even seven miles is not a outskirts.
Friend is known in trouble.
You can't cut a strong friendship with an ax.
Whoever leaves a friend in trouble is in trouble himself.
Friends are easy to find, but hard to keep.
Don't have 100 rubles, but have 100 friends
I would like to offer you one more game called "World without
friend. " I will start the sentences, and you will finish it:
1. The world without a friend would not be interesting, because
2. The world without a friend would be bleak, because ....
3. The world without a friend would be gloomy, because ...

A friendly handshake game
Two students stand with their backs to each other, blindfolded. They are invited to step back five steps, turn around, go up to meet each other and exchange a friendly handshake
Now let's listen to one more poem
If there are friends in the world -
Everything is fine, everything is in bloom.
Even the strongest wind
Even a storm won't bend.
We are in the rain, and in the snow, in the cold
Let's walk merrily.
We are friends in any weather -
This friendship cannot be broken.
And any of us will answer,
All who are young and brave will say:
You and I live in the world
For good, good deeds.
So our holiday, the holiday of hugs, is coming to an end. Let's make our life good. Let's help each other in difficult times, let's choose good and faithful friends. Now let's stand in a circle, let's never quarrel. And let's say to each other the words of the famous cat Leopold: "Guys, let's live together!" And I think that this holiday will give rise to that great friendship that we will carry throughout our school life. And in honor of our friendship, I propose to hold a fireworks display.
Fireworks game
(The circle is divided into 3 commands: red, yellow and green. At the command "Red!" The 1st command slams, "Yellow!" - the 2nd command, "Green!" - the 3rd. Then, the teacher gives the command: "Red! Yellow! Green!").
(General fireworks.)

Introduction.

Every person from birth to death has rights and responsibilities that allow him to be in society, overcome the difficulties of life, and socialize. The adaptation process for everyone happens in different ways, because everyone independently tries to determine priorities and realizes their abilities, chooses their own path in life. It is good when this process takes place in the family, in an atmosphere of love, care, and warmth. But we must not forget that there is an unprotected category of children. These are orphans, children left without parental care, foundlings, who are deprived of parental attention and love. There is not even an ounce of doubt that children left without parents are different from those who are brought up in a family. Boarding school graduates have a low level of social adaptation. A long stay in a child care center forms their consumer habits. These children have very low motivation to study and work, they do not know how to communicate, make plans for those in need, cannot plan their own budget, build relationships in a team (in college, at work, with friends), defend their rights in a civilized manner and do not know how to dream at all ... Most of them are not ready to start a family, face employment problems, lack communication skills, etc. Many people feel awkward, embarrassed, and confused when communicating. During our work with these children (and our Center for Labor and Social Adaptation for Orphans and Children Left Without Parental Care has been operating since 2006), we came to the conclusion that children need to communicate more with various social groups. Our work is based on the principles of respect for the individual, taking into account an individual approach and consistency.

Target: improve the social adaptation of children deprived of parental care, between the ages of 14 and 23, through the formation of an active life position, communication skills, assimilation of the norms and values of society .

Our project is aimed at (tasks):

  1. developing young people skills of independent communication outside the social community,
  2. raising awareness on psychological, educational and general developmental issues,
  3. development of communication skills, organization of meaningful rest,
  4. the ability to express your thoughts and feelings,
  5. self-affirmation (test yourself: "Will I be able to do it in public?"),
  6. entertainment,
  7. impress others
  8. feeling of involvement in a common cause,
  9. emotional recharge,
  10. making new friends.

Event plan:

  • telling children about the event
  • preparation for the action (rules of conduct, etiquette)
  • holding an action
  • reflection
  • summing up (awarding certificates for participation)

Before starting, it is imperative to tell the children the basic rules of behavior and ethics:

  • The very first rule is that a person's appearance must correspond to the situation, be neat.
  • If by chance, through inattention, an annoying misunderstanding occurs (for example, you run into a passer-by), it is customary to politely apologize and help the person.
  • When oncoming traffic on the street, you should keep your own line, do not rush along the sidewalk, do not interfere with people.
  • When crossing the street through the carriageway, you must strictly adhere to pedestrian crossings, go only to the green light of the traffic light.
  • If you see that someone needs your help, feel free to offer it to the person.
  • In transport, give way to the elderly, disabled and pregnant women, small children.
  • You can't spit, litter.
  • Do not disturb public order.
  • Have an ID with you.
  • To address people: excuse me, please let me tell you ..., at the end of the conversation, say: thank you, goodbye.

Description of the project:

The project is a kind of flash mob to celebrate the International Hug Day. Children are invited to split into pairs, to make it more fun, and tell everyone around about the holiday, offer to be photographed with a sign "International Hug Day", children can take a teacher to help themselves in order to be less shy about talking to people. One child or teacher takes pictures with an opponent, and the other takes pictures; at the end of the action, children look at each other's photographs and share their impressions of the past. Children start a flash mob from their school and friends, with the help of their teachers and college staff.

Initially Flashmob(from the English. flashmobflash- flash; moment, moment; mob- a crowd, translated as "crowd flash" or as "instant crowd") is a pre-planned mass action in which a large group of people ( mobbers) suddenly appears in a public place, performs predetermined actions ( scenario), and then diverge. A feature of our flash mob is that our action is not massive, but with a small number of participants from our social adaptation center.

January 21 - International Hug Day. The holiday appeared in the 70s of the XX century, having developed among the student environment of Western European youth, but the exact circumstances of its appearance are unknown. It was on this day that boys and girls embraced each other without any intimate background. According to a kind of "belief", during a friendly hug, people exchange warmth. The whole world has adopted such a fun tradition of "hugs". And therefore, on January 21, you can safely hug even strangers on the street. The founders of this tradition were direct and open students, but why are they now celebrating the Day of Hugs in all countries? Because hugs are very good for a person's well-being! In the ancient scriptures of the East, embracing is described as a very important action for any person, providing a healing and rejuvenating effect, in which there is an exchange of energy. Hugs bring joy not only to those who are hugged, but also to those who are hugging. Hugs help people both psychologically and physically.and: the amount of endorphins increases (these are morphine-like substances that reduce pain and cause a feeling of euphoria); hugs strengthen the immune system; stimulate the central nervous system; improve sleep; give strength; rejuvenate; relieve stress; increase the amount of oxytocin - a hormone that relieves depression, and also lowers blood pressure, that is, reduces the risk of heart disease; increase the level of hemoglobin, which strengthens the entire body, enhances immunity and accelerates recovery from diseases; increase self-esteem; bring positive emotions; relieve internal fears, depression, loneliness. From a psychological point of view, there are two main points of hugging without intimate pretensions. First, hugs can help create a sense of security in a person. A person from childhood remembers how he cried and ran to his mother or another family member and they hugged us. At that moment, we felt good, there was a feeling that we were safe, next to our family, and the event that upset us so much did not seem so terrible anymore. That is why hugs are so necessary for children deprived of family affection. There is absolutely no difference between an adult and a child in the fact that when he feels bad and is hugged by a loved one or just an acquaintance, or even a stranger, it immediately becomes a little easier. Secondly, human mental health is inextricably linked with the satisfaction of tactile needs. Psychologists have long proved that a person, along with other living things, needs touch. “We need four hugs a day to survive. We need eight hugs a day for support. We need twelve hugs a day to grow. ”- Virginia Satir, internationally renowned American psychologist. The famous modern psychologist Jack Canfield devoted many pages to hugs: “A hug is good for health. It strengthens the immune system, heals depression, reduces stress and improves sleep. It rejuvenates, invigorates and has no unwanted side effects. A hug is truly a miracle cure for any disease. A hug is completely natural for a person. A hug is the perfect gift. Great for any occasion, enjoyable to give and take. It shows you care, doesn't require any additional wrapping and, of course, fully pays for itself. A hug is an underutilized resource with magical powers. When we open our hearts and hands, we encourage others to follow our example. " Why do lonely people, elderly people give birth to cats and dogs? Because the touch of an animal satisfies the "tactile hunger" as well as the hug of a person. There is also a movement in the world - free hugs. FreeHugs) is a movement in which participants take to the streets and offer their hugs to strangers. Founded by Australian Juan Mann in 2004. It gained international fame in 2006 with the music video of the Australian rock band "Sick Puppies", published on YouTube. In the post-Soviet space, the movement is also gradually gaining popularity. In Simferopol, for example, the initiator of the action "Let's hug!" On November 30, 2008, the city weekly edition "Glavny Prospekt" appeared. And in May 2008, during the elections of the mayor of Kiev, the Ukrainian Party of Regions built a commercial on the images of the movement. On September 10, 2011 the action was held in Kirovograd. In Moscow, this holiday this year will be celebrated at the skating rink on the Patriarch's Ponds.

This action is preceded by a small extra-curricular event, where children are told about this day in a conversation format, demonstrating presentation .

Social adaptation of orphans and children left without parental care is one of the main components of success in the upbringing of future generations for the country. Their future directly depends on how well they can get along in society. And the extent to which they can get along depends entirely on society and the mood with which they come to this society. There should be no hostility, misunderstanding, indifference here. These children, if possible, should be shown from an early age that they are full members of society.

Our action is to show orphans normal interpersonal relationships in different spheres of society: with teachers, friends, just strangers and unfamiliar people. By developing communication skills, a child is more likely to cope with the difficult task of creating warm, friendly relations in society. Now there is a clear understanding that a child needs such communication, and not communication via the Internet. The project provides an opportunity to expand the circle of communication. This helps to avoid the manifestation of such a widespread among the graduates of boarding schools "feeling of the pack", which often leads to the formation of false values on the basis of deliberate alienation from society. Therefore, it is very important to mitigate the differences between raising a child at home and in institutions.

A distinctive feature of the project is that such an action can be held on any topic. We at TsSTA held a flash mob action on the topic: 50 years of cosmonautics, where children talked about space, Gagarin and much more, took photographs, and then organized photo exhibitions “April 12, 2011 - 50 years of cosmonautics. 50 years later”, “World Men Day ". The project is aimed at maximizing the expansion of the leisure sector. The project can include those elements that will increase the desire of children to learn, acquire the profession necessary for people and establish close and trusting relationships with people.

Reflection: at the end of the action, everyone gathers, looks through the photos, shares their impressions, their attitude to the action.

Summarizing: the one who has collected the most photographs with smiles, children in his collection, a small prize (a USB flash drive for a computer), and to all participants diplomas for participating in the project.

Entertainment script "International Hug Day"

Children enter the music hall with cheerful music and stand in a circle.

the clowns Toffee and Klep come out.

Toffee:

Hello my dear friends!

Klepa:

Hello!

Toffee, what is our holiday today? for what reason are we all gathered here today?

Toffee:

Today we have an unusual holiday - “Hug Day is a young international holiday in which it is customary to hug. According to the tradition of the holiday, even strangers can be embraced in a friendly hug. This holiday is celebrated on December 4, and if in December the day is called international, then in January it is national.

Klepa:

Guys, it is customary for everyone to greet when we meet, so let's greet you, too, but only in an unusual way for you.

Exercise "Say hello in an unusual way" (children greet in pairs with different parts of the body).

Toffee:

And I know that the guys have prepared poems for our unusual holiday, let's listen to them!

1.child:

Give warmth to each other

And to embrace,

Hand in hand in a circle

Together fears to win!

2.child:

To improve health,

Blood circulation,

Need to hug more often

Give a drop of joy!

3 child:

Let's hug, friend, -

Today is hug day!

Let's bite off a pie together

Romance is so welcome!

4.child:

A gift for you is ready

You will open it soon

We'll be with you all day

There will be a sea of smiles!

Klepa:

Come on, guys, we all stand up together, we will start a fun warm-up together!

Physical exercises to the song "Cheburashka"

Toffee:

Guys, why do people hug?

(children's answers)

What is a hug? A hug is an exchange of warmth arising from joy or a feeling of happiness when meeting. A hug can be:

* Parental;

* Friendly;

* Friendly;

Klepa:

But you need to prepare for any holiday? I suggest that you also prepare for our holiday - dress up properly!

Let's play a game"Who will dress up whom"!

(children choose their suits, ribbons, bows, hats)

Toffee:

Do you also want to play?

game "find a friend"

(children are given pieces of the puzzle and they must find their soul mate and hug to the music)

Klepa:

Did you know that animals also know how and love to cuddle? They have no arms and so they hug with their paws, necks, tails ... But, I wonder what the elephants are hugging?

Children:

Trunks!

Toffee:

Right! Let us now embrace like elephants: one hand holds the nose, the other, threaded into the resulting loop of the elbow, is the “trunk”. Music sounds, and everyone hugs "trunk"!

(perky music sounds)

Klepa ::

Well done!

Relay "Friendship is waiting for you ahead", pass it on soon, you will become stronger.

Each of the children turns to the one on the right, calls a friend by name and says:

I convey friendship to Sasha, and so is each of the children.

Toffee:

Friendship has become much more, since each of you has added his own piece. Well done!

And now I ask everyone to dance "Chucha - chacha".

Klepa:

Hugs are different: friendly, kindred, official, and there are also wrestling hugs that athletes use during a sambo or judo fight. I now invite the boys to exchange real wrestling, heroic hugs and invite 4 strong men here.

An arm wrestling competition is held, the winners compete with each other again.

Toffee:

As a rule, hugs mean friendship and support in difficult times. Where and when can you fully experience the support of your friends? (answers).

And now let's sing a song together!

"Together fun to walk ».

Klepa:

Imagine that you went on a hike and one of you twisted your leg badly. Who will help? Of course friend! He is always ready to lend his strong shoulder!

Game "Help a friend". Children stand in pairs. One of the children in a pair is blindfolded, and the second is trying to lead a friend between the pins so that he does not touch them. The main thing in the game is to be able to direct a comrade with words and movements, in the second one listen carefully, trust the leader.

The competition is held in pairs on one leg. Competitors hug each other and hug each other - one leg. In such a "hitch" you need to jump to the mark and back, competing with another pair. Music.

Toffee:

And then there are such hugs, which are even scary to think about! Who can hug you so much that you can even strangle you in your arms?

Children:

Boa!

Klepa:

I suggest playing the game "Stretch out my boa constrictor."

Participants are divided into 2 teams. (tug of war) Incendiary music sounds.

Toffee:

Well, well done!

Klepa:

And let us sing a song with you!

"Smile"

Guys, let's say goodbye 7 more hugs, because today we have such a wonderful holiday - Hug Day!

Everyone hugs.

A hug is a positive energy exchange,

Today is Hug Day, we will tell everyone that.

May this winter day be cheerful and good,

And if the clouds are nothing, there will be fun all the same.

Happy Hugs Day we are writing a cheerful greeting,

We want him to help everyone to raise their spirits!

Toffee:

This holiday is still very young and does not yet have its own traditions. I propose to establish a new tradition: blow bubbles in honor of the holiday of hugs!

Children blow bubbles. Cheerful music sounds.
