Friends told me about these exercises. At that time, I already had my own set of exercises, taken from the book, but since my friends very much advised me, I decided to try and practiced for quite a long time, but then switched to qigong.

After the birth of the child, I completely forgot about gymnastics, and when I felt that I was "sliding down" in relation to health: weakness, lethargy, frequent colds, I remembered five simple exercises, re-learned them, and for three years in a row - this is my exercise for the whole day ...

The plus is that the five rituals do not take a lot of time. You need to start with three times, that is, at first, do each exercise no more than three times and then, every week or as you feel such a craving, you can increase, add, three more times: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21. The maximum number of executions of each exercise is 21 times, I stopped at 12 and am quite happy with the result.

Before starting the rituals, it would be good to do a little warm-up: work out the joints, make circular movements with your head, lightly pat your hands on the body to improve blood circulation.

Important! If, after completing the entire set of exercises, you sweat a lot, this means that you are overworking yourself and do more times each exercise than you can at the moment. Do not rush and exhaust yourself. That is why she is yoga, albeit Tibetan, to do everything smoothly, trying to do each exercise as efficiently as possible.

Energy exercises

The Eye of Renaissance says that this gymnastics activates the energy centers in the human body called "vortices". These are powerful field formations that are invisible to the eye, nevertheless, they really exist. There are twelve vortices in the human body in total, but there are seven main vortices, they are located approximately in the same place as and.

Since these are not just exercises, but rituals, the approach to their implementation should be special. There are no special rules, you can just visualize the vortices themselves and a powerful energy cocoon around the body.

Tibetan pearls are built in such a way that by performing a certain physical exercise, a person fills a certain energy center with energy. First ritual act

The book says that it is performed in order to "disperse the vortices", but besides this, we can imagine that we are connecting to the energy of the Earth, entering the energy channel: the force of the planet flows into the soles of the feet, continuing to move upward along the spine.

Starting position: standing straight with arms outstretched to the sides. You need to slowly spin, from left to right (clockwise), until a slight dizziness arises. Better to start three times.

Second ritual act

Fills the vortices with strength, giving them stability.

Before starting this exercise, I lie on my back, stretch my arms over my head and stretch to align my spine. Then I start the exercise itself.

Starting position: performed lying on your back, arms extended along the body. Further, while inhaling, you need to simultaneously raise your head, pressing your chin to your chest, and raise your legs straight up, without bending your knees. Then, while exhaling at the same time, gently lower the head and legs, and relax all the muscles.

My visualization: when I lift my legs, I imagine that I am pumping a luminous ball in my lower abdomen and make a mindset to get pleasure and enjoy life during the day.


Third ritual act

Starting position: kneeling, body upright to the floor, hands with palms on the hips, under the buttocks. Next, we tilt our head forward, pressing our chin to our chest, and then, while inhaling, we throw our head back and push our chest forward, while exhaling we return to the starting position, and tilt our head, pressing our chin to our chest.

In this exercise, when I am in the starting position, on the exhale, I firmly squeeze the buttocks (I took it from a similar qigong exercise) and imagine energetic cleansing of the body from top to bottom.

Mental attitude: while inhaling, we pump willpower into the solar plexus area.

Fourth ritual act

Starting position: sitting on the floor with extended straight legs, back straight, palms resting on the floor. Lower your head forward, pressing your chin to your chest. Taking a breath, tilt your head back and raise your torso vertically up. The hips and torso should be in the same horizontal plane, and the legs and arms should be strictly vertical. Tighten all the muscles for a few seconds, and then, on the exhale, take the starting position and relax.

My visualization: when I am in the "bridge" position, I imagine how the whole chest is filled with the energy of love.

Fifth ritual act

Starting position: the emphasis is lying bent over, arms are straight, we rest on the palms and the pads of the toes, the pelvis and hips do not touch the floor, the head is thrown back a little. Together with inhalation, we lift the body up so that it resembles an acute angle, and we tilt our head down, pressing the chin to the chest. On exhalation, we return to the starting position.

Visualization: when exhaling, filling the throat space with creative energy.

After completing this exercise, you need to give yourself a rest, because we have done the entire basic complex. You can sit on your knees, lean on your elbows with your head down and imagine how the energy is spreading throughout the body. After you have rested, you can proceed to the sixth ritual, or you can even complete the implementation of this complex at all, since the sixth ritual is optional.

Sixth ritual act

With the sixth ritual action, everything is a little more complicated than with the first five. The book says that it must be done in order to release the accumulated sexual energy and fill the upper vortices with it, that is, the energy centers of the head, with which intuition and beyond the abilities of a person are connected.

I rarely do it when I remember. In my opinion, among other things, this exercise develops the diaphragmatic center - the main center where electromagnetic energy accumulates, which a person can use to heal the cells of the body. In any case, I will give a description of it, but it will be better if you read about it in the book, and then decide whether to follow it or not.

Starting position: standing upright, take a deep breath and tighten the muscles of the buttocks, the muscles of the pelvic floor, abdomen, and then quickly bend over, resting your hands on your hips and exhale forcefully through your mouth with the sound "Ha-ah-hh ...", trying exhale all the air.

Next, you need to straighten up, tighten the abdominal muscles, raise the diaphragm, squeeze the throat (the feeling that all these three points: the abdomen, diaphragm and throat are almost stuck to the spine) and stand tense for a few seconds, as long as the breath is enough, the chin is pressed to the chest, hands on the waist. Then relax, raise your head and take a deep breath. After resting, you can repeat all the steps, but no more than three times.

Seventh ritual action

It is not described in the book, but some videos do tell about it.

Contemplation. Concentrating on the highest point, on the crown of the head, and connecting yourself with the channel of light.

After completing it, you can put your hands together, palm to palm, and think about harmony, wish peace, goodness and happiness to all people.

After performing the rituals

After completing the entire complex, you can do several relaxation exercises.

For example, you can just lie on the floor and completely relax.

Or standing straight and inhaling, gently raise your arms across the sides and stretch your palms up, while stretching the spine. As you exhale, we lower our hands in front of us, palms outward.
