When are people healthiest? When they do not yet have chronic diseases and they are healthy, and not "conditionally healthy"? Let me tell you a terrible secret - every year fewer and fewer completely healthy children are born in the world. And the vaccine is designed not for chronically ill, when it is not known in what thin place the bag of health will perforate, but for healthy or at least "conditionally healthy" people.

"But what about those who ALREADY have some serious or chronic diseases?"
